Daniel ADAM is certified chartered accountant (Expert-comptable) and tax advisor (member of the OEC).

 

Daniel founded AR SERVICES S.A. in 2016 and has been leading it since its creation. Daniel is specialized in accounting for Luxembourg operational enterprises (SMEs, independent and family businesses) and tax structuring. He led major assignments for FSP (fund management companies and asset managers).He specialises in accounting and tax for Luxembourg private and institutional clients;

 

Daniel has almost 30 years’ experience working with private and institutional clients. He has served as a member of the board of managers/directors of numerous Luxembourg SPVs for major international private equity groups qs well as institutional clients. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate, accounting and tax compliance services.

 

Daniel is bachelor in accounting and in tax from Haute Ecole Robert Schuman in Libramont. Daniel speaks fluent French and English. He has advanced knowledge in Dutch and basic notions in German.
