Role and responsibilities :

• You will work with our chartered accountants on all accounting and para-legal tasks of AR Services and its clients;

• Collecting and processing accounting information, in close collaboration with the Group’s accounting teams;

• Supervising junior accountants in cooperation with management;

• Participating in controls and Fundamental Surveillance Points (and risk mitigation) to validate this accounting data;

• Drawing up reports for local regulators and participating in reporting processes within the deadlines laid down in the Group reporting timetable (with second-level checks, consistency checks, etc.);

• Preparing direct and indirect tax returns;

• Keeping up to date and applying any changes brought about by the implementation of new standards by the Order of Chartered Accountants and other regulatory bodies (in collaboration with the Accounting Standards team);

• Various administrative tasks related to the general duties of the position.

 

Profile :

​​

• You are a fiduciary accountant with approximately five years of experience;

• Your mother tongue is French and you speak fluent English; German is an advantage;

• You have an real instinct for accounting, you exercise control and you are proactive;

• You have an excellent command of Excel and Demasy;

• Knowledge of legislation and mergers/acquisitions is necessary.
